📖 About the university
Lanzhou Institute of Technology is a public engineering-focused undergraduate university directly administered by Gansu province and located in Lanzhou. Its roots go back to the Peili Polytechnic School founded in 1942, and after a long history as a technical and polytechnic college it was upgraded to an undergraduate institute in 2012. The institute concentrates on engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, materials and automotive engineering. It trains practically oriented engineering talent for the manufacturing and industrial sectors of Gansu.
