📖 About the university

Longdong University is a full-time public undergraduate university in Qingyang in eastern Gansu, on the Loess Plateau. Its predecessor, Qingyang Teachers College, was established with State Council approval in 1978, and Longdong University was formed with Ministry of Education approval in 2003. The university covers agriculture, humanities, education, science, and engineering, and was among the first pilot institutions for applied-transformation development in Gansu. It serves the Qingyang oilfield region and the revolutionary base area of eastern Gansu.
