Huanghe Science and Technology University is a private full-time undergraduate university in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, supervised by the provincial Department of Education. Founded in October 1984, it began undergraduate education in 2000 and was one of the earliest private universities in China. The university has an International Exchange Centre and recruits international students from more than a dozen countries. It maintains long-term partnerships with universities in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
