Tung Wah College (TWC) is a private, self-financing tertiary institution in Kowloon, Hong Kong, established in 2010 by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, one of the territory's oldest and largest charitable organisations, with a history in healthcare and education stretching back to 1870. Its main campus sits in King's Park, close to Kowloon's hospital cluster, with additional teaching sites at Mong Kok, Kwai Hing, and Tsim Sha Tsui that give the college a citywide footprint. TWC now serves close to 4,900 students, of whom about 4,168 are undergraduates, organised into four schools: Management, Medical and Health Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and Nursing, offering around twenty degree, sub-degree, diploma, and certificate programmes. Backed by the Tung Wah Group's network of hospitals and clinics, the college was among the first self-financing institutions in Hong Kong to gain professional accreditation for its Bachelor of Science programmes in Medical Laboratory Science and Radiation Therapy, giving it a distinctive strength in allied health education alongside nursing. Teaching is conducted mainly in English, and the college draws on Tung Wah's century-and-a-half of community healthcare experience to place students in clinical and professional settings across Hong Kong.
