Kunming College of Arts and Sciences is a private undergraduate university in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province. It began in 2000 as the Expo College of Yunnan Normal University, became Yunnan Normal University College of Arts and Sciences in 2005, and was transferred to an independent institution under its current name in 2021. The university is a comprehensive applied institution with programmes across the liberal arts, foreign languages, economics and management, information engineering, art and media, and education. It is known for its foreign-language and business programmes and its role in supplying applied talent to Yunnan and the wider south-west.
