Zhengzhou College of Finance and Economics is a private undergraduate institution in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital and railway hub of Henan. It traces its founding to 1997, when it began as a private finance-and-economics training college in the city, and it grew through the vocational tier — operating for years as a finance-and-economics vocational college — before the Ministry of Education approved its elevation to full undergraduate status in 2014 under the present name.
