📖 About the university
Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is a Sino-foreign cooperative university jointly established in 2016 by Shantou University and the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Approved by China's Ministry of Education, it was the first Israeli-partnered university granted independent legal status in China. English is the primary language of instruction, and its degrees are awarded by the Technion. The institute enrols students from China and around the world across engineering and science programmes, supported by an international faculty.
