Huizhou Railway Station

There is no metro in Huizhou. The station sits north of the city centre in Xiaojinkou; only about 50 m away is Xiaojinkou station (小金口站) on the Guangzhou–Huizhou (Dongguan–Huizhou) intercity railway, the easiest way into central Huicheng and to Dongguan. For a street address use taxi/Didi or a city bus.

Huizhou's main conventional station, handling about 50 passenger trains a day and a compulsory stop for Guangdong-section trains on the Beijing–Kowloon line. IMPORTANT name-confusion warning: this station was itself called 惠州北站 (Huizhou North) until 1 June 2003, when it was renamed 惠州站 and the older Huizhou station became 惠州西站 (Huizhou West). Today a brand-new 惠州北站 exists on the Ganzhou–Shenzhen high-speed railway (opened 10 December 2021), also in Xiaojinkou. This station is NOT: Huizhou South (惠州南站, Guangzhou–Shantou HSR, in Sandong town), NOT Huizhou North (惠州北站, Ganshen HSR), NOT Huizhou West (惠州西站), NOT Huiyang (惠阳站) and NOT Huidong (惠东站). Always check the full station name on your ticket.
