💡
Traveller notes

Opened in 1956 on the Yalin railway, which links Yakeshi to Manzhouli through Genhe, this third-class station handles both passengers and freight; it was renovated and expanded in July 2019. Genhe is known as mainland China's coldest inhabited town, with an average annual temperature around -5.3°C and a record low of -56°C, which is why local media call its station 'China's coldest railway station.'
