Buses 4, 12, 26 or 235 to the Zhonglou (Bell Tower) stop, then a short walk into the Muslim Quarter.
From Xi'an North Railway Station, Metro Line 2 runs direct to Zhonglou station with no change.
Exit C at Zhonglou station leads through the underpass to Beiyuanmen (Muslim Street) and the Drum Tower. The chain also has a main branch at 78 Dongguan Zhengjie.
