Jieyang has no metro; this Dicos is inside Puning Railway Station itself, so travellers arriving by train need no bus transfer — local Puning city buses also converge on the station square.
This restaurant is inside Puning Railway Station on the Xiamen–Shenzhen high-speed line (opened December 2013), in Liusha South Subdistrict — travellers arriving by high-speed train are already at the restaurant's doorstep inside the waiting hall.
