Yangmiao Mosque is on Yangmiao East Street, Yangmiao Township, 12 km north of Taikang county town, Henan. Founded in 1787 (52nd year of the Qing Qianlong era), it serves more than 600 local Hui residents. It began as nine rooms: a three-bay prayer hall with three-room north and south wings. In 2003 the mosque moved to the roadside on the east of the village, with the new building funded by an Islamic fund and other donors. Its imams have included Xu Chaojun, Liu Xudong, Wang Guoqiang, Li Hairui, Li Chao and Jiang Xiangchao.
