📜 About & history

Weinan's city mosque serves the Hui community of Linwei District, the urban core of Weinan in the eastern Guanzhong plain. It stands in the old commercial streets around Jiefang Road and West Nanjing Road. The Hui presence in the Weinan area dates back centuries, though many rural congregations were dispersed after the 1862-1873 upheavals; the surviving city congregation rebuilt in the modern era.
