Tianjia'an Mosque on Huaibin Street in Huainan, Anhui, was built in 1942 on a plot of nearly 1 mu. Its prayer hall is a classical Chinese timber building with double upturned eaves and 72 square metres of floor space; the whole mosque has 162 square metres of buildings. It serves 70 households, nearly 400 people, all Hui.
