The Sanjiaji Xiguan Mosque stands in the trading town of Sanjiaji in Guanghe County, roughly midway (about 75 km each) between Lanzhou and Linxia on National Route 213. It is a traditional Chinese courtyard-style complex with a five-bay main prayer hall to the west, brick-and-tile rooms to the east and a two-storey building to the north, serving a Hui and Dongxiang congregation of the Ihwani school. Sanjiaji is one of Gansu's densest Muslim market towns, historically known for its timber, wool and tea trade.

🚇 How to reach the mosque
No metro; Lanzhou–Linxia buses along Route 213 stop at Sanjiaji town, a short walk from the mosque.
Sanjiaji is itself a major Muslim market town; the mosque sits within the trading quarter.
From Guanghe county town, a short taxi/bus ride to Sanjiaji town; or arrive directly by intercity bus from Lanzhou or Linxia.
Abundant halal beef, lamb and noodle stalls in the market town. Chinese widely spoken; Dongxiang also present locally.
