青堆镇清真寺
📍 Zhuanghe · Qingdui Town 🏛️ mid-Ming dynasty

📜 About & history

Qingdui Mosque in Qingdui Town, Zhuanghe, dates from the mid-Ming dynasty. In the early Qing, as three Hui restaurants—Deshengyuan, Qingshengyuan and Yongshengyuan—drew more traders, local Hui including Hui Minyou and Hui Minyue enlarged the original prayer hall. The present buildings are flat-roofed brick, stone and concrete structures, with a plaque reading "Jiao Chong Zhen Zai" (the faith honours the True Lord) above the gate. The congregation numbers 135 households (350 people), all Hui, and the mosque holds 95 books in Arabic.
