Also known as Pushou Mosque (清真普寿寺), this mosque on Jinshifang Street was founded in 1429 (Ming Xuande 4) and is counted among Beijing's four great historic mosques. It was rebuilt in 1449 (Zhengtong 14) and repaired again in 1582 (Wanli 10) and 1635 (Chongzhen 8). It was reconstructed in 1982 and today occupies about 2.3 mu with a building area of roughly 1,373 square meters. The mosque sits in the Financial Street (Jinrongjie) area of Xicheng District.
🕌 Prayer & visiting
Five daily prayers are held; Friday Jumu'ah prayer is around midday. Being near Financial Street, it draws both local residents and working Muslims at prayer times.

One of Beijing's four great mosques, tucked among the high-rises of the Financial Street district. Modest dress and shoe removal in the prayer hall are expected.
About 4 km west of Tiananmen. Take Metro Line 2 to Fuchengmen or Line 1 to Fuxingmen, then walk into the Jinshifang Street area; by taxi roughly 15 minutes.
