Hua Si Gongbei is the mausoleum of Abu al-Futuh Ma Laichi (1681-1766), founder of the Khufiyya Hua Si menhuan, the earliest and most influential Naqshbandi Sufi order among Chinese Muslims. First built in 1766, it centres on a three-tier octagonal brick-and-timber golden-domed tomb and remains the headquarters of the Hua Si Khufiyya order. It is one of Linxia's 'Eight Great Gongbei'.

Reached by city bus or taxi toward the western suburb (Qijia village); no metro in Linxia.
From the Bafang Shisan Xiang Muslim quarter, take a taxi westward to the western suburb (Qijia village).
About 10-15 minutes by taxi west of central Linxia City to Qijia village in the western suburb.
Historic centre of Han-Hui religious interaction. Halal dining throughout Linxia; Chinese widely spoken.
