📜 About & history
The Dongta West Grand Mosque in Litong District, Wuzhong, was founded in the mid-Qing dynasty and has a history of several centuries. It serves the dense Hui population of the Dongta area on the southeast edge of the city and follows the traditional east-facing Chinese mosque layout with a prayer hall, minaret tower and ablution rooms.

Wuzhong city buses run toward Dongta Township on the southeast side of Litong District.
Reachable from Wuzhong's central commercial streets by taxi.
In Dongta Township on the southeast edge of Wuzhong city; about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the centre.
Halal restaurants throughout the district. Chinese is spoken.
