📜 About & history

The Chifeng North Great Mosque is the largest and oldest mosque in the Chifeng area. Built in 1739 under the Qianlong Emperor, it was rebuilt to a design by the engineer of Shenyang's South Mosque and completed in 1747. In 2013 it was listed among China's National Key Cultural Relics.
