📜 About & history
Beiguangji Street Mosque is said to have been founded in the late Ming dynasty, around 1600 CE. Its main buildings were substantially rebuilt in 1769 (Qianlong 33 of the Qing). The mosque is a Chinese-style Islamic complex noted for using stepped platforms to lend solemnity to its prayer hall, whose interior is celebrated for fine carving. It is counted among the historic 'Seven Mosques' of the Xi'an Muslim Quarter.

- Line 2 Bell Tower （钟楼）
- Line 1 Sajinqiao （洒金桥）
Buses to Qiaozikou (桥梓口); Beiguangji Street runs north from the Xidajie / Qiaozikou area.
Within the Muslim Quarter — walkable inside the 回坊, near the Beiguangji and Xiyangshi crossroads.
From the Bell Tower walk west along West Street then north up Beiguangji Street; about a 10–12 minute walk.
