A large store on Tumen Street in the heart of Quanzhou's old town (Licheng District), one of Zhongmin Baihui retail group's core branches, opened in 1999 with a 'department store plus supermarket' format. It is a designated fair-price store during holidays and, since September 2025, a departure tax-refund store for the Zhongshan Road area. It suits old-town visitors and residents.
