Phase one opened in September 2011 with a Walmart and a Red Star Macalline home-furnishing mall; later phases add the Zhongdao Life Plaza, Red Star home-décor (2017) and an Aegean Shopping Park. About 10 minutes' drive from Handan East Station, it suits furniture and décor buyers as well as general shoppers.
