A complex in Jinhua's Jiangbei shopping district, opened on 31 October 2014 with over 80,000 m² and an 8,000 m² underground car park. It gathers international fast-fashion names such as ZARA, H&M and UNIQLO alongside dining and entertainment, and added a glasses-free 3D screen in a 2023 facade renovation. Built on the site of the former Jinhua Department Store, it averaged about 50,000 visitors a day over the 2023 May Day holiday.
