An outlet shopping centre in Tongzhou District, Beijing, north of Huazhuang metro station and next to Universal Beijing Resort, with about 500,000 m² in total including the outlet mall, a hotel and a small town. The main building has six floors above ground and two below with 2,700 parking spaces, plans for over 500 brands, international luxury on floors 1–2, and an arts centre, cinema and dining on the upper floors. It opened on 26 December 2025.
