A mixed-format outlet complex run by Wangfujing Group in Jiugong Town, Daxing District, opened on 22 December 2023 after converting the former World Flower Holiday Plaza into 200,000 m² of first-phase retail space. It has more than 300 brands split 6:4 between outlet retail and lifestyle, including sports brands, a jewellery zone and a cross-border duty-free store, over 100 dining brands, children's spaces and 4,500+ parking spaces.
