A mall at 4-30 Tai Pa Street, Tsuen Wan, developed by Sun Hung Kai in 1990 and officially opened in February 1992 as the district's first large entertainment mall, with about 580,000 sq ft over seven floors. After a 2005-2009 renovation it has over 160 shops and 28 restaurants, near MTR Tsuen Wan West Station.
