An outlet centre at No. 1 East of Forest Park, Jinzhan, Chaoyang District, opened in 2011 as Beijing's third standard outlet after Yansha and Xiangjiang Town, and rated a national AAA tourist site. It has an open-air street zone (A) and an international brands hall (B); a 2015 second phase enlarged it to 85,000 m², and in 2019 it was repositioned as "trendy luxury".
