Seazen's first 'international eco-experience mall' in Changsha, at Dongsi Road and Wangxian Road in Changsha County, opened on 23 November 2018 with 186,000 m² and about 2 billion yuan invested. It pairs a large mall with the Shiguangli themed pedestrian street and a rooftop art pavilion, offering retail, dining, entertainment and education, and drew 16 million visits in 2022.
