A shopping mall on Lushan Road in Fanhe New District, Tieling, nicknamed for its ship-like shape; it opened in 2012, stood idle for about seven years and reopened in late December 2025 as Shuangyan Tianhe City. Reopening day brought 40 Tieling-first stores and over 96,000 visitors; inside are a sunken bookstore, a supermarket and restaurants. Good for shopping and leisure in the new district.
