The first large commercial complex in Huangshi's Development Zone–Tieshan District, at No. 399 Huangyang Road, Wangren Town, invested by Huangshi Urban Development Group and run by Poly, opened on 1 May 2025. It has about 80,000 m² of retail with around 150 brands, including 20-plus provincial or city first stores, and eight feature spaces such as a night-economy zone and a 30,000 m² pet-friendly area. It suits families and evening outings.
