Sanming Wanda Plaza occupies about 150 acres in the Guixiyang area of Meilie District and combines a shopping mall, an open-air commercial street, a food court, an entertainment centre and residential towers across roughly 400,000 square metres of built area. With 13 anchor stores and 158 brand tenants it is regarded as Sanming's most complete consumption hub, drawing an average of about 35,000 visitors a day in 2024, and in 2022 it was named one of Fujian's first smart commercial districts.
