A large commercial complex at the core of the Laiyin business district on the south bank, Xuzhou District, Yibin, made up of Rhine Spring, an RT-Mart hypermarket and Liya Department Store with nearly 100,000 m² of retail space. Opened on 20 January 2014, it has about 1,000 parking spaces and combines department-store retail, a supermarket, dining, entertainment, a cinema, a bookstore and fitness, and was named a national 'Green Mall' in 2017.
