A one-stop shopping complex run by Zhongnan Group on Taoyuan Road, Chongchuan District, Nantong; it opened as Zhongnan City Shopping Mall in November 2011 and took its current name in November 2021. Its 150,000 m² hold retail, children's play and a wide range of restaurants, open daily 10:00–22:00. It is next to Library station on Metro Line 1 with a large car park and nursing room, and suits families and visitors to the nearby administrative and sports-exhibition centres.
