The first large full-service mall in Beijing's Miyun District, at 178 Binhe Road, opened on 10 November 2017 with 150,000 m² and run by China Resources MixC. It hosts more than 240 brands, over a hundred of them first in the area, covering retail, dining, a cinema, a supermarket and kids' play. Themed around families, green living and outdoor sports, it is known for its Chaohe Wharf night market, part of Beijing's suburban night economy.
