Lishui's first large commercial complex, developed by Zhejiang Wandi Group and opened in January 2015 on Huayuan Road. Built on a site of more than 170 mu with roughly 500,000 sqm of total floor area across two basement levels and four floors above ground, combining shopping, leisure, fitness, dining and a hotel; the project created over 8,000 jobs.
