A mall at 8 Hoi Yat Road, Hung Hom, formerly Fisherman's Wharf, completed in 2000 beside Laguna Verde, with five shopping floors and 500+ parking spaces in a Venetian style with a clock tower. Its 3F-4F became CLP Group headquarters and it took its current name on 28 May 2012; MTR Whampoa Station is nearby.
