A shopping mall at 128 Carpenter Road, Kowloon City, completed in December 1993 by Paliburg Holdings, with about 637,000 sq ft on 10 floors - described as Hong Kong's first pure shopping-mall building. It was renovated in 2005 and reopened on 26 January 2007.
