The first full-scale shopping complex in Haining, the Zhejiang city known for its leather trade and the Qiantang River tidal bore. It opened at the end of 2013 in the south of the city on a site of about 145 mu, with roughly 430,000 sqm of gross floor area - 270,000 sqm above ground, including about 107,000 sqm of mall and anchor stores, 108,000 sqm of serviced offices and 55,000 sqm of shop units - plus around 160,000 sqm below ground. It houses an Intime department store, a supermarket, a cinema and restaurants, and is the natural shopping stop for visitors to Haining's leather market.
