A park-style shopping complex in Guangzhou Science City, next to Science City station on Metro Line 21, with about 87,000 m² of retail in two box-shaped buildings and an outdoor green-axis plaza housing 120+ tenants. A makeover by Guangzhou Development District Holdings of the former Utopia Plaza (opened 2015), it officially opened on 25 December 2025 and targets young, trend-focused shoppers.
