The retail part of The Metropolis development above MTR Hung Hom Station at 6 Metropolis Drive, developed by Cheung Kong and completed in 2003, renamed Fortune Metropolis in July 2011 and home to Fortune REIT's head office. With the Tuen Ma and East Rail cross-harbour links, it has grown from an estate mall into a regional shopping centre.
