A mid-to-upmarket complex by Chia Tai Group at 699 South Zhongshan 2nd Road on the Xuhui riverside, Shanghai, opened on 1 June 2013 with 55,000 m² of retail as the city's first female-focused 'shopping park', laid out as a semi-open garden. In 2024 it added an immersive theatre, a sports park, a Freshippo store and a coffee-and-cocktail street; it is near Longhua Middle Road and Dong'an Road metro stations. It suits young women, families and riverside visitors.
