The first large one-stop shopping centre on Shanghai's Changxing Island, opened on 29 November 2024 at 18 Xingkun Road in the core of Changxing Industrial Park. Around 40,000 m², it has 60+ brands across retail, dining, leisure and services, with entertainment about 40% of the mix including an SFC Shanghai cinema. It serves some 200,000 residents, the island's industrial workers and visitors.
