Baoneng Group's experiential shopping centre in the core of Wuhu's Jiangbei industrial zone, part of the larger Wuhu Baoneng City, with about 450,000 m² of floor area and some 200,000 m² of retail in phase one. Designed around nature and ocean themes with water features and greenery, it includes a real-ice skating rink and an aquarium, with experience-based tenants above 70% and about 5,000 parking spaces. It opened in 2014–2015 and suits families.
