A large shopping centre at 1899 Dongfeng East Road, Dezhou, opened in December 2009 with 238,000 m² of floor space, jointly invested by Australian and Xiamen partners with Shandong Debai Group, and also a national 3A tourist site. It added the 1899 themed street in 2017, a B-block fashion wing in 2019 and the fourth-floor Tang-style street in 2023. With more than 100 first stores for north-west Shandong and provincial night-time culture-tourism status, it suits family shopping and sightseeing.
