A shopping centre at the junction of Zhuangshi Avenue and Tongxin Road in Zhuangshi, Zhenhai District, Ningbo, opened on 1 October 2016 as Vanke's first commercial plaza in Ningbo, with about 76,000 m². It combines retail, dining, a cinema, children's play and daily services, serving surrounding housing estates and the northern university area. The name '1902' refers to the founding of the Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce in 1902.
