📝 Overview

This is general information only, not legal advice. For your specific case, consult a licensed lawyer.

📜 The law text / key provisions

Key practical points:
• The management company is responsible for maintaining common areas, security and cleaning per the service contract.
• Management fees must be disclosed, transparent and for actual services.
• Owners may form an 'owners' committee' to choose and oversee the management company.
• The company may not cut essential utilities as pressure to collect fees.
• A tenant usually enjoys the services and may bear some fees per the contract with the owner.
• Disputes are resolved via the owners' committee, local authorities or the courts.

💬 Practical reading

💬 This is a general reading/opinion for orientation — not the official legal text nor legal advice.
If you live in a residential compound, the management company is responsible for security, cleaning and maintenance for disclosed fees. If service is poor or fees unclear, owners can form a committee and hold it to account. The company may not cut your power or water as pressure. General orientation, not legal advice.
