📖 Club history
Beijing Institute of Technology F.C., or simply BIT, is a Chinese professional football club based in Beijing that plays its home matches at the BIT Eastern Athletic Field on the university's main campus in Haidian District. It was founded in 2000 by the Beijing Institute of Technology as a college football team and won four Chinese Collegiate Championships before entering the third tier in 2006. That year it won the China League Two title and gained promotion to the second tier.
