To Quzhou Railway Station (regular and high-speed trains): the cheapest and most convenient is the airport shuttle bus that runs directly to Quzhou Railway Station for just ¥5, operating 8:00-20:00. A taxi is faster at about ¥15-25 in around 15 minutes. There is no free option.
