~10 km northeast of downtown. No metro yet; airport buses to Nantong Railway Station & city centre (20-40 min), plus coaches to Suzhou, Hai'an, Rugao. Taxi ~20-30 min.

International and most domestic flights use T2 (opened 2019). About 120 km from Shanghai. Limited halal options; plan ahead.

🔄 Getting from the airport to the train stations

To Nantong Railway Station: the airport is about 17 km away; take Bus 803 toward the city, or a more convenient taxi in about 26 minutes for around 45 yuan. The Metro Line 2 station here is currently suspended, so bus or taxi are the options. No free option.
